Spring has Sprung! {Williamsburg Family Photographer, Richmond Family Photographer}

I heart spring! I really do, it's my favorite season by far!! Maybe because I don't have allergies? ;-) Maybe because spring-y yellow has always been my favorite color? Well, anyway...it's here!! And I am so excited to get out and start shooting more often.
We got to see some of the first flowers in CW (Colonial Williamsburg) of the season and these cuties loved smelling them! There was a lot more to this shoot, including extended family, and it was difficult to decide what to blog about. I decided to keep it simple and about the kids. Here's some of the fun we had...

My little birthday girl {Richmond Child Photographer}

My little girl turned 7 last week. How did that happen?! She is turning into such a beautiful, sweet, caring and helpful little lady. I miss when she was a baby and would toddle over to me and just throw herself into my arms, but I am really enjoying the little person she is becoming. She loves anything girly, sparkly, and LOUD. She loves music (Taylor Swift is her fav) and fashion (her fav show is 'Say yes to the dress' LOL.) I will be very surprised if she doesn't end up in some kind of fashion industry career, although right now she says she wants to be a photographer (<3 her!) By the way, she chose and put together her outfit below, isn't it the cutest?!

Her birthday party was at Build-a-Bear Workshop and, oh my, was it FUN! More pics of the party coming soon, stay tuned!
