Just the Girls and Their Pup {Midlothian Child Photographer, Richmond Photographer}

I love getting to photograph kids year after year. It's amazing how much they change, even "big" kids like these girls. ;) We had a quick session for some Christmas gifts, and I'm excited to get to share them now! 

These girls are not only beautiful, but so sweet and fun to work with. Their puppy, Lucy, was less excited about her photo shoot, but a few (actually a lot) of treats did the trick! ;)

California Sunsets {Richmond Family Photographer}

A few months ago I went out to California and visited with some friends. 

These people are some of the kindest, most thoughtful, generous, and beautiful people (inside and out) that you could ever meet. 

I'm so lucky to have them as friends.

Several years ago, we were moving in across the street from them, in Redlands, CA.  My husband was at work and I had all 3 kids (1, 3 and 5 years old at the time). The moving van was there, the guys were in and out, I was completely frazzled.....and in walks this lady.....with my toddler in her arms!! After a momentary panic as I grabbed him and thanked her, we started chatting.....and that was it. We were friends for life. Amber & Tim, I can never thank you enough....for saving Cal (several times :-/), for your always sound advice, and for being my friends, even though we are so far away now.

I love you guys!

And can't wait to see you again soon!!
