Waiting for Baby Tessa {Williamsburg Maternity Photographer, Williamsburg Family Photographer}

The weather was hot, sticky and slightly cloudy....but Stephanie's baby bump was just adorable! This beautiful couple is expecting their first baby...a girl!! She is going to be a lucky little lady :) and I can't wait to meet her!!

Stay tuned for baby Tessa's newborn photos....she should be making her grand entrance in the next month! :)

Blackberry Beauty {Williamsburg Photographer}

Lat week we took the kids to pick some blackberries at a local farm. Although we got there too late, and there wasn't much left that was ripe, we still had a great time. It was a gorgeous evening...another beautiful day in Williamsburg...

End of school year craziness! {Williamsburg, VA Children's Photographer}

Hello! Haven't seen you in a while.....I've been overwhelmed with the end of the school year craziness! I have been at the kids school everyday this week. And let me tell you.....it is not a calm place! So, anyway, below are a few photos from field day a few weeks back (I finally got around to editing them.)

Cal insisted I get "the big eagle" (yes, I know it is not really an eagle, but that's what he called it.)

Oh, and the other thing that has kept me super busy has been the big website update....check it out here. I am now offering new Session Specials - woot woot! There is a maternity/newborn package, and a baby's first year package. Get multiple sessions for a discounted rate....what do I get out of it? I get my baby fix! ;-) I LOVE seeing, holding, smelling and most of all photographing babies! Squeeeel! I even have my first package booked....will you be the next? :)

I Heart Faces Contest Entry - count me in!

I follow several photographer forums on facebook and blogs. They often have contests, usually with a specific theme, that photogs can enter. I have often thought 'ooh, I should enter that, but...' there is always a 'but' so when I saw the theme for this weeks 'I heart faces' contest I knew exactly which photo would work perfectly! I've Been Published! Well, sort of!! ;-)

In case you missed my facebook messages about this yesterday, I am excited to share with you my first published article! Does it count as 'published' when it is an eNewsletter? LOL Oh well, I'm calling it 'published' anyway! ;) I had a lot of fun writing this, and it even pushed me to get my own families pictures done! Yay!
