In house studio experiment......success! {Williamsburg Children's Photographer}

So, I have gotten a few calls from people wanting an indoor photo session lately. Nobody wants to hang out outside for hours in this weather - and I don't blame them! But I am a natural light photographer for many reasons: mostly because natural light is just so much more flattering, but also because I like the look and feel of a more natural setting. I also feel that kids get intimidated by lots of lighting and equipment, and when the kid is uncomfortable, the photos never look as natural and lovely as I like them to be. Then the other day I hung up the phone and looked around - what am I crazy(?!) this place is perfect! Although there is way too much junk around, I tried to keep track of when the light was best and I found the perfect spot - in the bonus room with the skylights! So I set up a little "studio" and I wanted to test it out, so of course my little girl was a willing model - I love her! ;-) Below are some shots from our test session. Make sure to keep reading to find out about our new FREE MINI SESSIONS!!!!

Doesn't she look so old here?! (sniffle, sniffle)
So, about that FREE SESSION thing ;-).......
Since this is obviously a new "studio" set-up, I am offering free mini sessions that include a consultation (either over the phone or we can meet somewhere) and about an hour with me in my little studio. Within a few days, I will have proofs for you to view (at least 10-20 photos) and all you pay for is the prints that you order! What a deal, huh?!
Please email or call if you have any questions or would like to schedule your session. kerrybsmithphotography@gmail.com 757-559-5600
I can't wait to hear from you!! :)
